Job Description

Source Trace Systems is looking for a dynamic sales oriented agribusiness professional with 3+ years of proven experience to build and manage the Source Trace business development function in the commodity agriculture domain in Central America. This is an important leadership role with high growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • As part of a dynamic business team, develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for SourceTrace remote data capture solutions for agriculture business in Central America.
  • Prospect for both new customer and existing base relationships for new revenue opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales processes, focusing on closing high-value enterprise leads
  • Manage customer relationships with senior leaders of large enterprises and ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources, participating in the planning and development of strategic and high-value initiatives
  • Take leadership role in pricing, risk identification and management, and competitive assessment areas
  • Foster teamwork and promote integration across teams and with remote offices
  • Ensure clean hand-off from pre-sales to appropriate solution delivery resources
  • Work within SourceTrace guidelines to negotiate appropriate pricing, service level, and legal terms with customers

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in agribusiness including agriculture commodity companies and producer companies
  • Broad knowledge of agribusiness in Central America is a must
  • Expected to have strong professional network in agribusiness and ability build new relationships is a must
  • Experience selling to large agriculture commodity companies and producer groups is desirable
  • Technically adept, experience with mobile technologies is a must
  • Must work as a team player
  • Possesses good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to present and interact with c-level executives and senior leadership
  • Self-driven and strong desire working with start-ups
  • Minimum of B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering) or related field is required
  • MBA from a top-tier institution is desirable

Job Description

SourceTrace Systems is looking for Sr. Java Developers to design and develop new functionality and improve the ESE platform. As a Sr. Java Developer, you will analyze, design, develop and integrate products according to product roadmap and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • As part of a dynamic development team, research, design, code, document and test new programs
  • Interpret the business requirements, usability feedback results, and functional specifications to make technical recommendations
  • Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time constraint
  • Anticipate risks of any task and propose solutions and mitigation plans when needed.
  • Work with Architect and Project Manager within organization to implement agreed upon designs
  • Analyze and provide recommendations and collaborate with internal partners on technical issues
  • Assist in the enforcement of development deadlines and schedules under Agile Methodologies
  • Adhere to standard coding protocols
  • Work with the QA team to ensure quality standards
  • Provide technical leadership and assume accountability for the numerous projects in this group
